Faith without works is dead, since my release from county jail I was hopeless and ‘Brighter Days’ gave exactly what I was looking for hope towards a brighter day. In the plight of man, which is more common than is discussed one can have all the hope and faith required to succeed; however without a solid plan to apply those qualities in your daily life nor without the right people in your corner it can be a daunting task.
This is a dual diagnosis facility which fosters recovery in a traditional and loving way ultimately allowing you to make the choice for yourself and for those who need a little extra motivation due to the trauma mental health and substance abuse can create you need people who are going to provide you that loving push while keeping it real with you because quite frankly, “nobody cares what you know, unless they know how much you care.” Angeline, Brian, and Phil do a great job through action based practices and are very resourceful in guiding you towards the right places which are essential for your recovery. I truly love the famILY atmosphere of this place and have my eyes set on brighter days!

We offer long term addiction treatment services ranging from the initial detox phase to inpatient treatment, a residential aftercare program, career services, and alumni support.
Programs
The Aftercare Career program is for clients who have completed addiction treatment through our residential program. Clients will be taught valuable work skills and enter the work force while remaining in a sober living environment practicing balancing recovery and life.

A Vision for You is the best treatment center I have ever been to. It is the longest amount of sobriety in my life. I struggle with mental illness, and I am allowed to take my medication, and the staff is very accommodating. I would recommend anyone struggling with addiction and mental health to get in contact with A Vision for You. They rigorously work the twelve step program.

The first step in the process is detox. Every client must detox regardless of substance use. Some clients may wish to undergo medical detox depending on the substance and we gladly accept completion of detox from those facilities however we are only able to facilitate non-medical detox so clients seeking medical detox should arrive post detox completion.
4-7 Days
Detox
The residential recovery program introduces the clients to a household made up of peers or other individuals in the program. During this phase clients start daily group therapy, peer driven class, and twelve step meetings. We start treating addiction and the issues caused by modifying behavior, addressing potential medical needs, legal concerns and mental health .
